Volunteers are the very foundation of Habitat for Humanity Capital Region! Each year, hundreds of individuals across Greater Lansing work toward building communities where everyone has safe, decent, and affordable housing.
Join Habitat Capital Region for a day of building on one of our construction sites. No experience is necessary! By working alongside our construction staff, regular volunteers, and homebuyers, you will have the opportunity to learn new skills and help build homes and hope in the Greater Lansing community.
To get started, attend a volunteer orientation at our main office, located at 1941 Benjamin Drive in Lansing. Orientations take place weekly on Tuesday at 3 p.m.; please call or email Sami Chau to let her know you will attend: (517) 374-1313.
Organizations that partner with Habitat for Humanity Lansing are helping to eliminate poverty housing and build a stronger community. They commit donations and volunteers to help build, repair, and renovate homes alongside our hard-working, low-income homebuyers. Teams can work at a build site or in one of our two Restore locations.
Contact Dena at (517) 374-1313 x 20 or by email to arrange your team building day!
